Senior Valuation Manager

Together with your team in the Valuation sector, you will assess companies, business segments, and individual assets. Develop strategies for managing businesses and portfolios, solutions for creating and analyzing corporate plans, financing through equity or debt, as well as transaction and strategic consulting.
Your Responsibilities
If you aim to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the Valuation sector, here’s how you can contribute:
- Evaluate companies, intangible and tangible assets, and strategic alternatives.
- Manage transaction processes effectively.
- Prepare Fairness Opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structures.
- Assist our clients in developing value-oriented management concepts.
- Lead projects focused on creating and analyzing financial planning models and manage project teams.
- Provide advice on valuation-related issues for tax or commercial law purposes.
- Oversee, develop, and acquire client mandates.
- As a (Senior) Manager in Valuation, you possess a degree in any field and have a keen interest in economic contexts.
- You bring several years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in corporate finance consulting with a focus on business valuations.
- You have gained project management and leadership experience and may hold qualifications such as CVA, CFA, auditor, tax advisor, or a doctorate.
- You possess fluent English language skills and are willing to travel.
