Cloud Solutions Sales Lead

Role Overview:- In your initial month, you will
- be introduced to the BTC Cloud ecosystem through a dedicated technical and organizational mentor.
- gain insights into our core values and self-organizational methodologies.
- shadow your technical mentor in client engagements to learn about our collaborative sales approach and portfolio structure.
- During your first three months, you will
- become familiar with our clientele and key stakeholders.
- actively influence our self-organized workflows from a leadership perspective.
- manage client relationships in your initial projects, prepare proposals, and engage in bidding processes.
- enhance your understanding of our offerings and contribute to the development and promotion of innovative technologies within our portfolio.
- collaborate with our 40-member self-organized Cloud team across various domains, including portfolio management, partner relations, innovation, and presales.
- Within your first year, you will
- represent BTC at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events related to Cloud.
- participate in and oversee tender processes.
- further develop our AWS offerings and explore emerging topics.
- maintain and enhance BTC's partnership with AWS, taking on responsibilities in partner management.
- advise clients on Cloud-related matters.
- optimize and expand sales channels (both online and offline) and enhance the visibility of the BTC Cloud portfolio.
- play a crucial role in our team that drives progress and innovation.
- experience a blend of partner management, portfolio enhancement, and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of Cloud solution architectures within the AWS framework.
- A passion for engaging with partners and clients.
- A drive to inspire and educate clients on Cloud technologies.
- A collaborative spirit with a focus on achieving shared objectives.
- An eagerness for diverse challenges and a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive and independent work ethic.
- Fluent in German (B2 level).
