Your Mission at Cosmonauts & Kings GmbH

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business activities and projects that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development activities and projects to drive growth and innovation
  • Participate in negotiation rounds, pitches, and tender processes to secure new business opportunities
  • Prepare independent offers for new customers and develop strategic project plans
  • Conduct research and analysis in innovation management, focusing on service and product development
  • Support customer success and after-sales management to increase customer loyalty and contract durations
Requirements
  • Advanced or completed studies in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Relevant internships in start-ups or companies in business development or management consulting
  • Knowledge of political communication, agency, or consulting is an advantage
  • Confident appearance and negotiation skills
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship and business model development
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of initiative, communication skills, and motivation
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
