Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sophisticated search algorithms, utilizing NLP methodologies to enhance search results for relevance and performance.
- Develop a cutting-edge Search Engine using NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Create a user-friendly frontend that empowers search managers to customize and optimize the search experience for users.
- Effectively handle substantial data volumes through Google BigQuery, integrating seamlessly with Business Intelligence systems.
- Improve and construct high-traffic APIs with a focus on reducing latencies.
- Work collaboratively with seasoned developers, product managers, QA specialists, and analysts to refine existing features and introduce innovative functionalities.
- Bring forward creative ideas in a flat organizational structure that encourages swift decision-making and growth opportunities.
- Engage in architectural discussions alongside our Tech Lead and investigate emerging technologies.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Recent hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in SQL or No-SQL database management.
- Practical experience with React, VueJs, or comparable frontend frameworks.
- Ability to produce well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code with an emphasis on quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an English-speaking and agile work environment.
- Commitment to enhancing the quality of software developed.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of Google BigQuery.
