In der Position als Logistics Operations Leader bist du verantwortlich für das tägliche operative Geschäft in einem unserer Fulfillment Center. Du leitest ein Team von etwa 140 Mitarbeitenden, die dafür sorgen, dass die Bestellungen unserer Kund:innen in der gewünschten Qualität und Menge zur richtigen Zeit bereitgestellt werden.
Zusätzlich bist du in verschiedene Projekte involviert, die darauf abzielen, unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern. Um die Balance zwischen operativer Führung und strategischer Planung zu gewährleisten, teilst du deine Arbeitswoche in operational days und office days auf, um den jeweiligen Fokus zu sichern.
Da kein Tag im Logistikbereich gleich ist, sind deine Organisationsfähigkeiten und Führungsqualitäten besonders gefragt. Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf und findest schnell Lösungen, um den reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten. Deine zugängliche und offene Art trägt zu einer positiven und produktiven Arbeitsatmosphäre bei.
Deine Aufgaben- Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs im Fulfillment Center und Sicherstellung, dass alle operativen Aktivitäten priorisiert und fristgerecht abgeschlossen werden.
- Führung, Motivation, Coaching und Inspiration eines Teams von Teamleitern und über 100 Mitarbeitenden.
- Verantwortung für eigene Optimierungsprojekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der logistischen Prozesse.
- Meisterung des Gleichgewichts zwischen operativer Führungsaufgabe (3-4 operative Tage) und strategischer Arbeit (1-2 Büro Tage).
- Abschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Hotel- oder Event-Management oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Alternativ relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition.
- Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen zu finden.
- Selbstständig, gründlich, zielorientiert und hands-on.
- Bereitschaft, in einer Vollzeitposition auch abends und am Wochenende zu arbeiten.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
