As a Landscape Planner, your role will encompass the creation of landscape planning documentation, providing guidance to clients on environmental preservation, and crafting solutions for intricate approval procedures. You will collaborate closely with a team of experts to ensure the effective execution of conservation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Draft landscape planning reports and associated documentation for approval processes
- Guide and assist clients on landscape conservation and environmental safeguarding in extensive projects
- Formulate solutions for complex approval challenges in partnership with your team
- Employ Geographical Information Systems for data gathering and analysis
- Supervise initiatives to protect wildlife and plant life
- Evaluate maps and action plans to guarantee client satisfaction
- Take on project responsibilities following training and mentorship
- Serve as a liaison with other departments within our service line
- Conduct on-site project evaluations as needed
- Degree in Geography, Environmental Planning, Ecology, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in a comparable position is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge, interdisciplinary approach, and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to think conceptually
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS) and a good command of English
- Valid driver's license
- Engage in diverse and technically stimulating projects
- Experience a dynamic and international work atmosphere
