Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in the Mobile & Web Apps division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing the long-term product vision and strategy for our passenger assistance and incident management features. You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver innovative features that delight our customers and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the product vision and strategy for passenger assistance and incident management features
  • Work with the design team to conceptualize new features and prepare for implementation
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for our product portfolio
  • Structure and organize product functionality for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor market development and customer feedback to optimize the product
  • Support project managers, sales, and customers in an advisory capacity
Requirements
  • Completed degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology-oriented, agile environment
  • Proven track record in leading product teams and developing software solutions for end-user apps
  • Knowledge of user experience design (UX) and human-centered design
  • Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, especially in the context of SaaS pricing models
  • Strong understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to mobile & web apps
