Deine Aufgaben- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung einheitlicher Buchhaltungsstandards und Bewertungsrichtlinien im Konzern gemäß IFRS, einschließlich proaktiver Vorgaben für zentrale und dezentrale Buchhaltungen.
- Die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Group Accounting Manuals IFRS unter Berücksichtigung aktueller gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie die Analyse komplexer Bilanzierungsfragen und deren Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
- Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Fragen zu den Themen Konzernabschluss, Kontenrahmen nach IFRS und Konsolidierung.
- Die Betreuung von Kaufpreisallokationen gemäß IFRS 3 sowie die Vorbereitung der Erst- und Folgekonsolidierung neu erworbener Tochtergesellschaften und deren Integration in den Konzernmeldeprozess sind weitere wichtige Aspekte Deiner Tätigkeit.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, externen Beratern und internen Fachabteilungen zusammen.
- Die Erstellung inhaltlicher Vorgaben für die Berichtsteile des Konzernabschlusses sowie die eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit und die Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten runden Dein Aufgabenspektrum ab.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit relevanten Schwerpunkten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen aus einem Produktions- oder Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit.
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder Beratung gesammelt.
- Eine analytische und strukturierte Herangehensweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist sowie eine proaktive, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse ergänzt.
