This position allows you to engage in a variety of projects and challenges, making a meaningful contribution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in business and technology to assess, model, and visualize intricate data in both domestic and international M&A transactions.
  • Consult with private equity firms and corporations on complex buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as ongoing business enhancement.
  • Craft compelling narratives using selected data sources and analyses directly with clients.
  • Formulate analytical techniques to model complex business elements based on their value drivers.
  • Independently develop new big data solutions to uncover data-driven insights and value opportunities.
  • Lead projects and teams, act as a primary contact for clients, and facilitate acquisitions.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a degree in business informatics, economics, computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Bring a minimum of three years of experience in transaction services, valuation, M&A, strategy, or restructuring as a data analyst/data scientist.
  • Skilled in data analytics tools such as PowerQuery, Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning and cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
  • Exhibit project management and leadership capabilities in diverse business and technology teams.
  • Willingness to travel and adaptability are essential.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
