Academic Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Lecturer to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in English Language and Literature.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs. You will be expected to develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials, assess student progress, and provide feedback and guidance to students.
In addition to teaching, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as maintaining student records, processing paperwork, and participating in school activities as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, or a related field. You will also need to have prior teaching experience in higher education at university level, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of German is desirable. You will also need to have a working knowledge of educational platforms, such as Canvas or Blackboard, and timetabling software.
