Retail Store Operations Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Manage Store Operations:** Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- **Develop and Train Your Team:** Foster a positive and productive work environment by developing and training your team members to achieve their full potential.
- **Implement Merchandising Guidelines:** Ensure that our store is visually appealing and well-merchandised, with a focus on showcasing our latest fashion collections.
- **Plan Shop Activities:** Develop and implement plans to drive sales and customer engagement, including in-store events and promotions.
- **Effective Personnel Scheduling:** Manage the scheduling of our store staff to ensure that we are adequately staffed during peak periods.
- **Conduct Shop Analysis:** Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- **Active Selling:** Demonstrate a strong sales acumen and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
**Requirements:**
- **Completed Commercial Education:** A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or retail management.
- **Relevant Experience:** A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- **Strong Numerical and Business Acumen:** A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
- **Leadership Skills and High Social Competence:** Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- **Passion for Fashion and Trends:** A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion developments.
- **Team Player with Good Communication Skills:** A team player with excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- **Familiar with the Microsoft Office Package:** Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
