About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Store Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including REWE's products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
