In dieser Position beraten wir unsere Klienten im Bereich der internationalen Transaktionsbesteuerung während Veränderungsprozessen, grenzüberschreitenden Umstrukturierungen sowie bei Unternehmensakquisitionen und -verkäufen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kollegen aus dem globalen KPMG-Netzwerk unterstützen wir unsere Klienten bei Fragen des Körperschaftsteuerrechts, Umwandlungssteuerrechts, internationalen Steuerrechts und Außensteuerrechts.

Deine Aufgaben
Du hast die Möglichkeit, von Anfang an an herausfordernden internationalen Projekten mitzuwirken. Zu Deinen potenziellen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Die Beratung von Großunternehmen, Familienunternehmen, Finanzdienstleistern sowie Fonds oder Kapitalgebern im Bereich Infrastruktur, Private Equity und Venture Capital in Bezug auf deutsches und internationales Steuerrecht.
  • Die Mitwirkung an Transaktionsprojekten, einschließlich der Erstellung von sogenannten "Due Diligence Reports" und Strukturierungsanfragen.
  • Die Begleitung der Transformationsprozesse unserer Klienten, wie Unternehmensspaltungen und -zusammenschlüsse, sowie die Optimierung der Konzernsteuerquote.
  • Die steuerliche Beratung unserer Klienten bei Börsengängen, Restrukturierungsprojekten oder der Erstellung von Gutachten und verbindlichen Auskünften.
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst einen guten Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet mit.
  • Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen zu lösen und kannst Dich durch Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten schnell in neue dynamische Sachverhalte einarbeiten.
  • Du bist motiviert, neue Herausforderungen in projektbezogenen Arbeiten anzunehmen und trägst aktiv zum Team bei.
  • Idealerweise hast Du einen Studienschwerpunkt im Steuerrecht und/oder erste praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
