Role Overview:
We are in search of a candidate with a robust background in software engineering who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the product division and customer centers globally for software and data interface inquiries.
- Drive the sustainable growth of the FDF product line by providing Software & Data Interface solutions along with comprehensive technical support to end users and customer centers worldwide.

Customer Support and Development:
- Assist Atlas Copco Customer Center teams in addressing customer inquiries related to IT interfaces while enhancing their local expertise.
- Lead the specification process for new projects, acting as the main point of contact for IT and software requirements both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- Proficient programming skills in C++, C#, Python, and Java.
- Extensive knowledge of Data Interface protocols such as MQTT and OPCUA.
- Strong understanding of software and data-related solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated ownership and entrepreneurial mindset in driving projects to successful outcomes.
