We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes and ensuring the effective distribution of parts and accessories across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our inventory strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify root causes of performance variance and implement process improvements.
- Report monthly inventory closing to relevant parties to reconcile inventory balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to enhance physical inventory management.
- Analyze inventory management factors, update the system regularly, and review results.
- Coordinate inventory management conferences and workshops, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Support departmental projects to improve inventory management processes and implement new business requirements.
- Manage departmental assets and budgets, and provide analysis and status reports as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the automotive industry, service parts business, global supply chain management, and inventory management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, analyze data, and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.
- Relevant IT literacy: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), SQL, RDBMS.
- Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English, German, and Korean is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility for tasks and jobs.
