**Your Role**

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team in Braunschweig. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone
• Managing customer relationships independently
• Marketing our products to customers

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in customer service and telecommunications, preferably with a company like ours
• A structured and organized approach to work, with flexibility and adaptability
• A passion for customer interaction and problem-solving
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is a plus
