ESG and Platform Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Platform and ESG team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network platform, driving strategic partnerships, and supporting our ESG strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships, from conceptualization to execution, including relationship building and thematic workshops.
  • Collect and structure data on various industries and companies, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
  • Plan and execute event formats, from conception to execution, in collaboration with external partners and service providers.
  • Prepare high-quality content, including social media posts, articles, and presentations, for Platform and ESG communications.
  • Conduct research on ESG materiality and participate in the analysis of material issues for our portfolio and prospects.
  • Collect, transpose, and analyze large datasets of ESG metrics, applying your knowledge of data analysis to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • You are a generalist with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new projects and business areas.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to write clear and well-structured briefings and reports.
  • A keen eye for detail, with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to maintain high data entry and analysis accuracy.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and basic knowledge of working with formulas for data analysis.
  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Fluency in English, with German being a plus.
