Sales Support Specialist M/F/X

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales transactions, enhancing the efficiency of sales representatives by addressing customer inquiries and managing communications. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data Management

  • Establish profiles for new clients, including essential contact information and the assigned sales representative.
  • Validate orders, ensuring accuracy of customer details and payment information.
  • Engage with clients via phone or email to resolve inquiries and gather any outstanding information.
  • Continuously update and maintain sales and customer databases.

Order Management

  • Receive and process purchase requests efficiently.
  • Utilize OVHcloud tools to save orders as required.
  • Generate invoices for sales transactions.
  • Relay necessary details to the Billing department for modifications in Purchase Orders and payment processing.
  • Coordinate the delivery of both external and digital orders, ensuring appropriate prioritization.
  • Monitor delivery timelines (48 hours) in collaboration with the administrative team.
  • Verify the receipt of services and communicate with the contract holder in partnership with the administrative team.

Sales Assistance

  • Provide clients with information regarding products, order status, and delivery updates.
  • Compile and present monthly sales performance reports.
  • Notify sales representatives of any urgent matters.
  • Keep sales representatives informed about order and delivery updates.
  • Channel customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Consolidate and generate insights through dashboards.
