Sales Professional

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach. Your primary focus will be on managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Closing (50%):- Manage the sales cycle for small- and medium-sized accounts, including qualifying leads, running product demos, creating proposals, and closing new customers.
- Develop and maintain performance reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts and communicate them to the Growth Team.
- Create commercial proposals and lead negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team and Senior Growth Manager to develop innovative strategies for lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
- Analyze existing deals and create strategies to increase deal sizes.
- Shape our user journey to increase conversion in collaboration with our Solution Architect.
- Expand your business network in C-Level, Product, and Tech.
- Identify potential prospects in the market and establish connections.
- Within 3 months, you will be an expert on our product and successfully guide users through professional demos, closing your first client, and becoming familiar with our CRM.
- Within 6 months, you will own a full-cycle sales motion from sourcing leads, running demos, to converting prospects to clients, and establishing your own customer base.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in an early-stage startup. You should have experience with full-cycle sales, winning small- and medium-sized clients, and be a team player with strong communication skills.
