Join Our Team as a Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at TMS Trademarketing Service GmbH. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Hamburg and surrounding areas.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Fluent German language skills, with a strong understanding of the local market
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
