Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) - Finance Division

  • Conducting collection processes and negotiating repayment plans with overdue accounts
  • Finalizing daily closing activities, including preparations for monthly refinancing payments
  • Performing monthly reconciliations of loan and transfer accounts
  • Executing accruals and split bookings accurately
  • Reviewing and processing commissions up to the payment stage
  • Generating consolidated billing statements
  • Calculating available credit lines post monthly repayments
  • Preparing payment information for direct debits and bank transactions
  • Completing daily closing tasks, ensuring all preparations are thorough

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a tax clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Strong expertise in accounts receivable management
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Commitment to high-quality standards and solution-focused work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with flexibility and proficiency in MS Office
