Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) - Finance Division

  • Conducting collection efforts and negotiating repayment plans with overdue clients
  • Completing daily closing procedures in preparation for monthly refinancing obligations
  • Performing monthly reconciliations of loan and transfer accounts
  • Implementing accruals and split bookings
  • Reviewing and processing commissions up to the payment stage
  • Generating consolidated billing statements
  • Calculating available credit lines post monthly repayments
  • Preparing payment information for direct debits and bank transactions
  • Finalizing daily closing tasks, ensuring all preparations are complete

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a tax clerk or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong expertise in accounts receivable management
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • High attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, along with proficiency in MS Office
