We are in search of a Solutions Delivery Consultant.

Healthcare institutions worldwide are encountering substantial challenges, including the need to enhance care quality, improve accessibility, and optimize costs and service delivery.

These institutions seek partners to assist in navigating their clinical, operational, and financial hurdles.

In response, Boston Scientific has established the Healthcare Solutions & Partnership team, dedicated to developing new capabilities and a strategic approach that fosters long-term, profitable collaborations.

We are actively seeking skilled Solutions Delivery Consultants who will lead the implementation of optimal solutions tailored to meet the needs of our key clients within the framework of commercial agreements or projects. This role will leverage a comprehensive array of targeted solution programs and software platforms designed to address the common requirements of healthcare providers across the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to define a project charter and establish a detailed plan for each engagement component, ensuring clear goals and objectives are set and agreed upon.
  • Managing the execution of various components of a Solutions offering as part of a contractual agreement, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working alongside colleagues in the Solutions Delivery Team, both locally and across the EMEA region, to define, plan, and implement projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions client hospitals.
  • Applying domain expertise in areas such as process re-engineering, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to deliver outcome-focused projects.
  • Acting as a core member of Solutions customer account delivery teams and participating as necessary in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborating with the Cluster Solutions Delivery Leader to refine delivery methodologies, optimize outcomes, and share insights and best practices.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, ensuring alignment with overall goals and objectives, and accurately tracking gains and savings for the customer.

We seek the following qualifications:

  • A proven track record in consulting roles, ideally within a healthcare environment, with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in the implementation or application of digital/software platforms in hospital or clinical settings.
  • Proficiency in supporting patient, clinical, and other hospital teams in adapting to new digital systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean and process optimization methodologies, coupled with strong analytical skills to creatively resolve complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders through verbal and visual presentations.
  • A collaborative approach to building networks and partnerships with peers.
  • A creative mindset, comfortable challenging existing practices and the status quo.
  • A change-oriented attitude, capable of navigating uncertainty and limited resources.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree, or preferably an MSc, in a technical or clinical discipline.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
  • Fluency in the local language (German) and proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% within the DACH-NL region.
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
