About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Delivery Consultant to join our Healthcare Solutions & Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of innovative solutions that improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Charter and Planning: Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to establish project charters and plans for each engagement component, ensuring clearly stated and agreed-upon goals and objectives.
  • Project Execution and Management: Own the execution of solutions components as part of a contract or mission, managing project delivery and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team to define, plan, and execute the implementation of projects and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customer hospitals.
  • Domain Expertise: Bring domain expertise in process re-engineering, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to deliver outcome-driven projects.
  • Commercial Process Participation: Participate in the commercial process for potential engagement opportunities as a domain expert, working closely with the Cluster Solutions Delivery Leader.
  • Methodology Refining and Knowledge Sharing: Refine delivery methodologies, optimize outputs, and share learnings and best practices with the Cluster Solutions Delivery Lead.
  • Key Metric Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on key metrics to the Cluster Solution Delivery Lead, ensuring accurate tracking of gains and savings for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven Consulting Experience: 3-5 years of experience in consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Digital Platform Implementation: Experience in implementing or applying digital/software platforms within hospital/clinical settings.
  • Patient and Clinical Team Support: Experience in supporting patient, clinical, and other hospital teams to adapt to new digital systems.
  • Lean and Process Optimization: Knowledge of Lean and process optimization methodologies, as well as strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues creatively.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to varied stakeholders.
  • Network Building and Partnership: Ability to build networks and partner collaboratively with peers.
  • Change Orientation and Adaptability: Comfortable operating in uncertain environments with changing resources.
  • Self-Direction and Autonomy: Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Education and Certifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree or MSc in a technical or clinical subject, with Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in local language (German) and written and spoken English, with further knowledge of Dutch a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time in the DACH-NL region.
