Job Description:

  • Deliver customer assistance through email and telephone in both German and English
  • Address technical queries from customers and offer effective solutions
  • Keep meticulous records of customer communications within the CRM platform
  • Manage complaints and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate spare parts orders utilizing the AX system
  • Aid E-Commerce clients with order management and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
