We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to assist in the area of People Insights & Analytics.

Flexible Work Options: This role allows for mobile work (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of the total working hours, in agreement with your supervisor.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of global processes related to talent and people management, utilizing data, reporting, analysis, and robotic process automation.
  • Collaborate with us to create reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools/platforms (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense) and help enhance data analytics to inform HR processes and decision-making.
  • Take ownership of your work products and contribute to project teams focused on innovative HR and technology solutions.
  • Receive personal mentoring as part of your role to support continuous personal development.

Your Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in business informatics, business studies, data science, data/business analytics, economics, or related fields, with at least one year of availability.
  • Strong foundation in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Familiarity with Power Query and the ability to construct data models from multiple sources is advantageous.


Your Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of HR/People Analytics.
  • Enjoy working in diverse teams and bring motivation, initiative, and creativity to your work.
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines and schedules.
