We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to assist in the area of People Insights & Analytics.
Work Location Flexibility: In this role, you have the option to work remotely (within Germany) for up to 60% of your working hours, in agreement with your supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of global processes concerning people and talent management, utilizing data, reporting, analysis, and robotic process automation.
- Collaborate with the team to generate reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools/platforms (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense) to enhance data analytics that inform HR processes and decision-making.
- Take ownership of your deliverables and contribute to project teams focused on developing innovative HR and technology solutions.
- Receive personal mentoring as part of your working student experience to foster continuous personal development.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in business informatics, data science, data/business analytics, economics, AI, or related fields, with at least one year of availability.
- Strong foundation in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Familiarity with Power Query and the ability to construct data models from multiple sources is advantageous.
Your Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn about various aspects of HR and People Analytics.
- Enjoy working in multicultural teams, bringing motivation, initiative, and creativity.
- Ability to work in an organized manner to meet deadlines and schedules.
