Your Responsibilities

- Product Development: You will be part of our product development team, crafting solutions for our clients concerning Internal Audit. Additionally, you will continuously enhance and optimize these solutions, employing modern tools, testing them in practice, and tailoring them to meet our clients' needs while considering current trends and exploring new areas.
- Sales: You will play a crucial role in positioning our audit services both internally and externally, assisting in various events, engaging with clients, and nurturing your internal and external network. This will help you become an expert in the field.
- Leadership & Training: You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and foster their personal and professional development on-the-job. Furthermore, you will share your experiences and expertise across projects within FS Assurance Services, creating a multiplier effect.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for the technical and administrative oversight of various audit and consulting projects, ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- As a (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) in Internal Audit, you hold a degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Internal Audit.
- You possess extensive knowledge of relevant audit topics and the corresponding regulatory requirements. You are familiar with regulations, trends, and facts related to sustainability, and you drive initiatives both internally and for clients.
- A strong understanding of processes and controls, along with knowledge of banking and insurance processes, including internal control systems, distinguishes you.
- You have several years of experience advising financial institutions: you work in a structured, process-oriented, and goal-driven manner, and you are experienced in managing complex projects, including team leadership.
- Additionally, you bring experience in auditing sustainability reports or non-financial disclosures.
- You possess excellent analytical and strategic skills and can present results convincingly.
- A high degree of teamwork, commitment, initiative, and communication skills rounds out your qualifications.
