Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, designers, and analysts to plan, build, test, and launch features that empower our customers to make the most of HelloFresh.
- Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale, ensuring our applications remain fast, efficient, and reliable.
- Coach and mentor other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to recruiting by attracting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates, helping us build a diverse and talented team.
- At least 2 years of experience working with React Native.
- At least 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with component-based architecture using React and Redux.
- Extensive experience binding frontend and backend services together.
- Experience testing and improving code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface well with product designers and other stakeholders.
