Key Responsibilities- Work in a cross-functional team with a product owner, engineers, designers, and analysts to develop and launch features that empower key internal users.
- Help to enable your product team to iterate fast and learn about our users by planning, building, testing, and launching features.
- Collaborate with engineers across your department and the company to continuously improve our code base, systems, and processes.
- Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale.
- Coach and mentor other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Contribute to recruiting by attracting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
- At least 2 years of experience working with React Native.
- At least 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with component-based architecture using React and Redux.
- Extensive experience on binding frontend and backend services together.
- Experience testing and improving your code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks.
- Ability to interface very well with product designers.
