Digital Transformation Lead for Large Gas Turbine Operations

About the Role
As a Digital Business Process Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes within our Large Gas Turbine organization. Your expertise will guide and support the integration of these processes into our key strategic platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the entire product lifecycle – from research and development through engineering, manufacturing, project execution, and service.
Your Impact
- Foster collaboration between our Large Gas Turbine team and major business transformation programs like PLM MP and S4E-Unify.
- Identify opportunities to harmonize and simplify core business processes across product lines and geographical locations.
- Analyze potential gaps and overlaps between initiatives, proposing solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain an end-to-end perspective on business processes while effectively balancing the needs of diverse products and partners.
- Provide expert consultation and drive the digital transformation of Large Gas Turbine operations by guiding decisions on complex issues for maximum benefit to Siemens Energy.
- Communicate the future direction of work practices, the digital target landscape, and its implications for the business.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- In-depth knowledge of S4 Hana architecture and end-to-end processes.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, service industries, or related fields.
- Proven track record as a project manager in the selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to present data insights clearly. Proven communication skills for engaging with senior management and peers.
- Strong moderation skills and methodological expertise in large-scale system implementations.
- Excellent English language proficiency; willingness to travel as required.
