Du hast eine Leidenschaft für modernen, kanalübergreifenden Kundenservice und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten für persönlichen sowie automatisierten Service mit?
Du beherrschst die Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Plattform und strebst danach, über die Rolle eines Implementierers hinauszugehen, um innovative und umfassende Konzepte zu entwickeln und unsere Klienten bei deren Umsetzung zu unterstützen?

In deiner Funktion als Berater/in wirst du unsere Klienten in Bezug auf Microsoft-Lösungen beraten und Projekte von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Implementierung begleiten.

Im Einzelnen übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Beratung zur digitalen Transformation von Kundenservice-Prozessen, eingebettet in eine umfassende Customer Experience
  • Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten und deren Umsetzung auf Basis von MS Dynamics 365 und der Power Platform
  • Automatisierung von Serviceabläufen durch den Einsatz und die Konfiguration von KI sowie Chatbots
  • Integration von Call-Center- oder Telefonielösungen in die MS Dynamics Customer Service Plattform
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen mit unseren Klienten
  • Leitung von Projekten und Teilprojekten

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Projekten und hast gute Kenntnisse im Customizing von MS Dynamics Customer Service (einschließlich Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice und Teams Voice)
  • Du bist mit gängigen Service-KPIs vertraut
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Anforderungsanalyse
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing Automation oder ein starkes Interesse daran
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in agilen Projektmethoden
