Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Markt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper scanner cash register reconciliation
- Support store management in their absence by overseeing daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Engage customers with friendly service, knowledgeable advice, and attentive support, driving sales and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred, but we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for retail and customer interaction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
