Financial Project Controller Job Description

Bouygues Energies & Services - T&D is seeking a skilled Financial Project Controller to join our German branch.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Financial Project Controller to manage the financial aspects of our projects in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable financial management of our projects, as well as ensuring compliance with internal and legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly project closure and cost budget control
  • Estimation of remaining costs in collaboration with operational managers
  • Monitoring of project progress and client invoicing
  • Monitoring of project and branch cash flow
  • Daily accounting relationship, including invoice management, salary monitoring, and VAT declaration
  • Management of an Administrative Apprentice, including SAP commitment creation and monitoring
  • Financial and contractual monitoring, including project guarantees and treasury management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
  • Fluent English and French, with knowledge of German a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset
