Job Summary

Digital Skills ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Change Manager to drive the rollout and adoption of a global software tool. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with product owners, market merchandising teams, and other stakeholders to manage communication, training, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate user test meetings to receive sign-off on the project scope with merchandising and product marketing teams.
  • Gather feedback on tool improvements during rollout and document updates.
  • Create and distribute announcements, newsletters, and presentations highlighting features from bi-weekly product launches.
  • Present product features in virtual meetings and share updates via project templates.
  • Create and host training materials and deliver virtual training sessions to onboard local business units and merchandisers to the new platform.
  • Develop detailed range layouts and templates needed by market merchandising teams for transition, in collaboration with the product owner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing technical change processes in large organizations, ideally in the digital or retail industry.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials for new software tools and facilitating user adoption across different business units.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating communications for software rollouts.
  • Proficient in organizing and conducting UAT sessions, documenting results, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Software proficiency in Jira, MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other communication and project management tools.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met and changes are communicated effectively.
