In the role of Client Engagement Specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of the Business Solutions department at our headquarters. This team is responsible for managing both our target-specific business solutions and the business clients along with their projects. The variety of these projects encompasses our entire portfolio, making you a crucial link between our clients and the internal departments.

Your New Role at Outdooractive
  • Your primary responsibility is to expertly manage client projects in the realm of digital products and services throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality objectives.
  • You will organize yourself and your environment using agile methodologies (processes and tools), keeping your project goals in focus.
  • You will prioritize project requirements, based on which you will plan, communicate, and monitor milestones.
  • During the project duration, you will serve as the first point of contact and advisor for clients as well as internal stakeholders, providing them with updates on project status.
  • Depending on the nature of the project, you will closely collaborate with involved departments (Technology, Product Management, Content Services, Cartography) and external agencies to ensure project objectives are met.
  • You will conduct project reviews, develop best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, products, and services, allowing colleagues and clients to benefit from shared experiences.

  • You possess a relevant degree and several years of professional experience in the agile management of digital projects.
  • You have a solid technical understanding and knowledge of the functionalities and content structures of data interfaces.

  • You communicate fluently in both German and English.
