Team Lead E-Commerce

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead E-Commerce, der unsere Online-Shops erfolgreich weiterentwickeln und unsere Kunden zufriedenstellen möchte. Als Team Lead E-Commerce bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses und die Festlegung messbarer Ziele. Du wirst ein Team von Experten führen und die Onsite Customer Journey optimieren, um unsere Kunden zu überzeugen.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses und Festlegung messbarer Ziele
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Experten
  • Optimierung der Onsite Customer Journey
  • Definition und Implementierung relevanter KPIs
  • Einholen und Auswerten von Kundenfeedback
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem SEO-Team
  • Koordination mit dem Management und den Stakeholdern
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Informatik, digitales Marketing, Medienwirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, im Onlineshop-Management, Projektmanagement oder ähnlichen Bereichen inkl. Leitungsaufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Lösungs- und Ergebnisorientierung, selbständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Tiefgreifendes Wissen in Technologie, E-Commerce, betriebliche Abläufe sowie Erfahrungen mit Onlineshop-Systemen und Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Fundiertes Datenverständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
