Are you a seasoned developer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for cloud-native and mobile technologies? We're seeking a talented Senior Consultant Lead Developer to join our team at Mendix.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Lead Developer, you will play a key role in advising and implementing technical solutions for our esteemed customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work closely with enterprise and application architects, as well as customer/partner teams, to ensure the success of these implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming a Mendix guide, steering innovation within Mendix technology implementations
  • Being hands-on and playing an intrinsic part in the development process, using the Mendix platform
  • Supporting and empowering customers and partners, enabling them to become self-sufficient with the Mendix platform
  • Training customers and partners, elevating their skills to the next level
  • Encouraging clients with the values and principles of Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years)
  • Experience in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL
  • Passion for cloud-native and mobile technologies like Responsive, PWA, or Native
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and an interest in finding sophisticated solutions to complex problems
  • Proven leadership and project delivery skills, either as a software project lead or within an organisation focused on software development
  • Engaging and professional demeanour, motivated to work with customers and drive innovation within their organisations
  • Hands-on experience with common CI/CD tooling, such as GIT/SVN, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region to client sites
