Job Description

We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team and work on the renovation and modernization of a historic estate (1850). The ideal candidate will have experience in renovation and construction projects, including masonry, carpentry, and installation work. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Renovation Work: Restoration and modernization of the old estate, including the renovation of walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Construction Work: Implementation of construction projects, including masonry, carpentry, and installation work.
  • Design and Planning: Collaboration with the project team to design and plan the interior and exterior spaces of the estate, taking into account historical and modern standards.
  • Repair Work: Maintenance and repair of existing structures and building elements.
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with the project team and other craftsmen to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Documentation: Recording and reporting on the progress of the work and material requirements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed Apprenticeship: Completed apprenticeship in a skilled trade (e.g., masonry, carpentry, electrical work).
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the construction or renovation industry.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of historical buildings and traditional building techniques is an asset.
  • Handicraft Skills: Manual dexterity and technical understanding.
  • Reliability: Reliability, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Language Skills: Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
