Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Courtyard Revitalization Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for revamping and modernizing the old courtyard, renewing walls, ceilings, and floors.

Responsibilities
  • Renovation Work: Oversee the renovation of the courtyard, including the replacement of old materials and the installation of new ones.
  • Construction: Collaborate with our construction team to implement construction projects, including masonry, carpentry, and installation work.
  • Redesign: Work with our design team to create a new and modern design for the courtyard, taking into account historical and modern standards.
  • Repair Work: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures and building elements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our project management team and other craftsmen to ensure efficient work processes.
  • Documentation: Record and report on the progress of work and material requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed training in a craft-related profession (e.g. masonry, carpentry, electrical work).
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the construction or renovation field.
  • Skills: Knowledge of working with historical buildings and traditional construction techniques is advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Craftsmanship and technical understanding, reliability, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Language Skills: Good German language skills in both verbal and written communication.
