About the Job:

We are looking for a Regional Director to lead our team in Niedersachsen. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets, market share, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in clinics and practices.
• Collaborating closely with the Medical Science Liaison Manager and Key Account Manager to achieve regional goals.
• Leading a team of sales representatives in clinics and practices, including diabetes and respiratory specialists, and providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
• Budget management for the region.
• Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage with customers and promote our client's products.
• Establishing a comprehensive action plan and regular communication with the cross-functional team to ensure optimal collaboration.

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or a related field, or a qualification as a medical sales representative.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
