About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at WEMACOM Telekommunikation GmbH. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing fault analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Managing and maintaining our ticketing system to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Monitoring and overseeing system-critical processes and services to prevent downtime and ensure high availability
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Completed technical training or apprenticeship in a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network infrastructure and maintenance
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo security clearance
