About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at WEMACOM Telekommunikation GmbH. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform independent fault analysis and resolution
  • Process tickets in our system
  • Monitor and oversee system-critical processes and services
  • Provide service and troubleshooting for system-critical telecommunications systems both internally and externally
Requirements
  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications, internet, IT, broadband, and TV
  • Proficient in IT systems
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused
  • Availability for on-call duty
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Willingness to undergo security clearance according to SÜG-MV
