  • Erster Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden und externe Lieferanten – first level support
  • Eigenständige Abarbeitung von Aufträgen nach internen Ticketsystem in den Bereichen Elektro, Bau, TGA und Brandschutz mit Unterstützung eines Fremdfirmenpools
  • Organisation und Koordination der Inspektion, Instandsetzung, Prüfung und Fehlerbehebungen von Anlagen und Einrichtungen der technischen Infrastruktur und Brandschutztechnik.
  • Organisation und Umsetzung der Einhaltung der Betreiberpflichten von Anlagen und Einrichtungen der technischen Infrastruktur und Brandschutztechnik
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Fremdfirmenkoordination
  • Selbstständige Prozessoptimierung und Abarbeiten von Mängeln aus Prüfberichten
  • Aufnahme von Mängeln und Schadensbildern mit Beschreibung von technischen Lösungsvorschlägen, sowie Planung und Koordination der Maßnahmen und Projekte
  • Abarbeiten von hausinternen Kleinaufträgen
  • Erteilen von Heißarbeitsgenehmigungen und entsprechenden Kontrollgängen
  • Teilnahme an Besprechungen im Rahmen der brandschutztechnischen Anlagen und Systeme sowie Bauprojekte
  • Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Sprinklerwarts

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossener Meistertitel oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung von technischer Infrastrukturanlagen
  • Sehr gute Erfahrungen im Führen und Koordinieren von Fremdpersonal
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit freundlichem Auftreten
  • Erfahrungen und idealerweise Qualifikationen im baulichen Brandschutz
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Elektro- und Steuerungstechnik
  • Idealerweise Kältemittelschein für Kleinreparaturen an Klima-/Kälteanlagen
  • Zusatzqualifikation gemäß VDI 6022 Hygiene von Lüftungsanlagen und gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Lüftungstechnik
  • Gute Anwendungskenntnisse der MS Office Programme
  • Gewohnt, in Höhe (Dächer) zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
