Content Strategy Product Owner

Role Summary:As a Product Owner - Content, you will play a vital role in shaping the quality and strategic direction of our content offerings. Your primary objective will be to develop a cohesive, user-focused content ecosystem that adheres to regulatory standards while enhancing the overall user experience. Success in this role is measured by our customers' ability to utilize our SaaS solution effectively with minimal expert intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute a targeted content strategy that encompasses the creation, updating, and ongoing management of content.
- User Documentation: Craft and refine user-centric documentation and guides to facilitate effective user navigation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and assess feedback.
- Improvement Proposals: Proactively generate suggestions for enhancements based on user stories.
- Customer Interaction: Involve yourself in customer support initiatives to gain insights into practical software application and user needs.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English at a C2 proficiency level.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience in creating user-friendly content and ensuring accessibility.
- A degree in Law, Business Informatics, or Technical Content Management, complemented by 2-3 years of experience in Compliance or Software.
