About the Role
Spartacus Fm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and gather information on potential customers through generated leads.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers at selected companies.
- Identify opportunities for projects from the N+P portfolio.
- Promote and position N+P's offerings.
- Develop a sales pipeline and contact pool.
- Follow up on campaigns, trade shows, or webcasts.
- Qualify and manage leads, and transfer them to responsible sales representatives.
- Utilize social media in a business context.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of the technical manufacturing industry, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Desirable experience in developing and managing customer cases.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and possess excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach.
- Fluent German language skills.
