Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buchhalter (m/w/d) to join our team at EUROVIA Deutschland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough reviews and postings of incoming invoices, as well as creating payment proposal lists and initiating periodic payment transactions.
  • Processing outgoing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Performing all necessary accounting and business transactions in SAP, as well as addressing any questions or concerns within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborating closely with site managers and polishers to ensure seamless operations on assigned construction sites.
  • Requesting and reviewing guarantees.
  • Maintaining, monitoring, correcting, and reconciling balance sheet accounts and master data.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly qualified and experienced Buchhalter (m/w/d) with:

  • A completed commercial education.
  • Several years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP/R3, with optional experience in S4/HANA and a strong proficiency in MS-Office.
  • A meticulous, flexible, and independent work style.
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills.
