Sales Manager for MINI Vehicles

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Truckhero. As a Sales Manager for MINI vehicles, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and representing our brand with expertise and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Represent the Truckhero brand with confidence and expertise, showcasing our products and services
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our MINI vehicles
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (B)
- Proficient in German language (C2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Completed degree in a business or technical field
