Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing cross-product tender management, operational account oversight, and pricing strategies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance support for international automotive logistics clients
- Engaging with global automotive partners regarding tenders, pricing inquiries, and new business ventures
- Working in close partnership with the Global Account Manager to assist international clients within the automotive logistics division
- Streamlining processes, conducting data analysis, and making informed strategic decisions
- Leading the opportunity management team within the automotive industry
- Facilitating skill development and goal attainment for team members
- Conducting performance evaluations, employee assessments, and recruitment interviews
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated inside sales experience, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
