We are currently seeking a AIT Process Engineer (m/f/d) for permanent employment in Bremen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AIT standard documentation, including Work Instructions (WIs) and AIT document templates.
  • Define and standardize AIT processes across the organization.
  • Streamline working methods through process verification, work instructions, and procedural references.
  • Serve as the AIT interface for company-wide IT tools such as SAP, PDM, and Polaris.
  • Regularly update and enhance the generic AIT documentation, including the AIT handbook.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
  • Implement a continuous improvement process, incorporating lessons learned.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly the Process Qualification Office and Quality Assurance, to ensure timely and quality delivery of WIs.
  • Coordinate training initiatives for AIT personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed education in production engineering or a degree related to space technology, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in production, preferably within the space technology sector.
  • Familiarity with relevant space standards is advantageous.
  • A process-oriented mindset is essential.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and effectiveness in work are key attributes.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
